Medical nitrile gloves are the popular name for nitrile gloves. Nitrile rubber is an organic compound and a key raw material for organic synthesis and pharmaceutical intermediates. It is made by emulsion polymerization of butadiene and acrylonitrile. In order to improve the bonding strength and physical and mechanical properties of wet gel and vulcanized rubber, most NBR latex are introduced with carboxyl and other third-party monomers such as acrylic acid and methacrylic acid during copolymerization to be modified into ternary copolymer latex . After modified into NBR latex, the mechanical stability, oil resistance and aging resistance of the latex are significantly improved. Latex gloves: Compared to nitrile gloves, although the elasticity is better, the toughness, wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and grease resistance are slightly worse than nitrile, and it is not suitable for allergic skin and long-term wear.
